Updated the setup instructions to reflect the current GitHub interface, and small changes to the lesson template files.

The GitHub import interface changed slightly since the setup instructions were written, this fix updates the instructions accordingly.
To be consistent with the GitHub screenshot, the user in the example was changed from
gvwilsonto my owntimtomchbut this can be reversed if preferred.The instructions were also updated to reflect small changes in the lesson template files.
