The README directs people to this roles and responsibilities overview.
@acrall can you verify if the information in the task force guide is accurate and up to date?

I think it is likely accurate for an in-person event but is somewhat different for virtual. Do you have recommendations on whether we should put both in the same document or have two separate documents?

@acrall I think it depends on how different the documentation would be. If the information would diverge greatly, I think that two separate documents makes sense. If the overall information is the same, but just things like option A for inperson and option B for virtual then maybe one document would work.

At the subcommittee initial meeting today (April 7), there was an additional possibility raised of having website subcommittee-specific roles, such as a liaison to the communication committee for blog posts, etc. I'm tagging @frank0434 here since he mentioned this point.

@maneesha Updating all of this documentation is something I will be working on over the next few months. A lot of clean up still needs to happen with the transition from WAT to CDT but we are slowly working on it
