I am passionate about supporting organizations that seek to make positive change, especially in the areas of open science, community science, and environmental science. I build plans that help these organizations use data to make informed decisions and adopt more strategic approaches to their work. I advocate for these decisions to be community-driven, building in the perspectives of the individuals most impacted by them. I approach my work with an equity, inclusion, and accessibility lens, striving to always do better and be better.
