Docker images based on alpine linux.
For each alpine version, a mainline python 3 version is set.
For Alpine 3.13, python 3.8 is the mainline version.
For Alpine 3.14, python 3.9 is the mainline version.
And so on. For each alpine release, the specified python version is used.
