Prototype to give stakeholders an initial look, to refine requirements.

Features :

• A standalone GUI application that interacts with tclean() in separate calls for major and minor cycles.
• Ability to edit iteration control parameters and transport them back and forth.
• Ability to parse return dictionaries to make convergence plots.
• CARTA-like interactivity of spectrum updates and ways to navigate between channels
• GUI design to support interaction via a browser tab, jupyter notebook, and a standalone Electron app (carta-like). The prototype only includes the browser option, but the design has been tested with a (separate) plotants app.
• Use of image-interaction widgets from Bokeh, for mask outline drawing and manipulation. e.g. lasso, region, box.... + the translation between bokeh polygons and the CASA region format.
