[Question] What Model Includes the Idea of a Receiver?

Most of the examples given are that of Subject Action Object (e.g. Alice Read Folder1).

Are there any models of example that include a receiver, in particular for sharing such as Alice Share-Write-Access Folder1 With Bob .

I wanted to make a permission setting where team members Alice and Bob have Read Access automatically when they are in the same team. But Alice (who is an owner) must share Write Access explicitly with Bob. But Alice cannot share write access if the Bob is not part of the same team. Also Bob cannot share Write Access with Charlie AFTER he receives Write Access as he is not an owner.
