This software is used by my laboratory to control two laser trapping microscopes from a single computer, which allows us to study how mechanically coupling two force-generating molecular machines affects their activities.

The software is written in National Instruments' LabVIEW graphical programming language.

The software provided here is adapted specifically for the instruments I have built in my laboratory at the University of Washington. We currently run it in LabVIEW 2018. It is open source, licensed under the MIT License. I do not provide extensive documentation for it here, but would be happy to consult with anyone who wishes to adapt it for their own use.
