We have production systems which cannot blindly follow 'master' without proper QA testing. Could you make proper releases with changelogs ?

I'm still not sure wether feature branches or timed releases would fit your development workflow best ?

Maybe it's an idea to create a stable branch that only updates every 5 minutes, so 5 commits can be tested.
