Unfortunately I haven't had time to figure out a better way to get this done.
In order to get everything in order for a new info page, there are three things you must do:
- Set the category to 'Info' and only 'Info'. This sets up the theming.
- Make the page a subpage of the Info page. This sets up the site map.
- Set the page template to 'Section'. This adds the section navigation on the left.
