Allow artist pages to be deletable? #74

One note with the artist page and the Bruce Conner Artist page is that it will not allow me to delete artists from the backend, like the trash can is gray and can not be clicked, if that can be changed. I think it might have been the route of the extra Bruce Conner page problem.

aha, they will be deletable form parent pages in the next version of Kirby, but currently require deleting child pages first (e.g. press)
