Release Cashonize v0.1.0 for Desktop (Windows & Linux) and Android

New in this release: Configurable Electrum servers, notification when receiving, .mp4 tokenIcons
Further, v0.1.0 upgrades mainnet-js to fix an error with transaction fee calculation and improves dialogs and errors.
Lastly this version also disables Plausible analytics for the desktop version

Cashonize-quasar is the codebase for the ongoing Cashonize rewrite from the ground up.

Because of the ongoing rewrite the feature set differs from the mainline cashonize webwallet.

Installation

For Windows, download and run the installer Cashonize-Setup-0.1.0.exe to install Cashonize as an application on your pc.

For Linux, download the AppImage Cashonize-0.1.0.AppImage.

For Android, download the apk file cashonize-android.apk.
