brew cleanup error

On my MacBook Pro (10.14.1), I get the following message on brew cleanup

brew cleanup
Error: Calling needs :cxx11 is disabled! There is no replacement.

Likely a duplicate of #74 , there's an upvoted comment in there (untapping caskformula) that seems to fix the issue.
