Signer-timeout does not give unlock page

Describe the bug
Signer-timeout does not give unlock page from other entry points besides homepage
When user is timed out from homepage unlock vault screen is displayed but from other entry points like "Import Account" or "Edit Account Name" etc it does not provide any interface to relogin, except for closing the signer and re-launching
To Reproduce

Identify if any Prequisites:
Version 1.3.0 installed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Homepage wait 30 sec>locked out>unlock vault screen displayed> as expected
2. Try the same for import account or edit account name and wait

Expected behavior
Unlock vault screen should be displayed at least, will be nice to also persist the state of previous action after unlock. but least unlock vault screen should be displayed instead of relaunching
