Small object bounding box + significant scaling (100x) + PreciseCollisions + frustum culling -> shapes may be incorrectly culled #503

Likely caused by floating point precision lost at some point.

Without octrees (when PreciseCollisions=false, i.e. Spatial=[]) the problem doesn't occur.
