Log file for resolving unmatched requests

hi Karl,

I’m still using Castlemock on a day-to-day basis and discover new features all the time.

One thing I still “miss” is having user-friendly insight into unmatched requests. I am able to get this insight through the logs of the (Windows) Docker container, but not through the CM user-interface.

A more refined option is to also display unmatched requests in the event-log list in the User-interface.

Great idea! I definitely think that feature should be added. I will look into it as soon as I can.
