Labels All Blank

What happened to this??  Worked perfectly then all the labels are now blank and 
don't function in Options.  It no longer can do anything nor can you see 
anything on the options page.  Great update; did anyone test it??

the same thing happend to me from the off after first instal you press options 
and get the same screen so i can not even use it
