Toolbox does not work on Mac #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Toolbox
2. Right click toolbox icon
3. Select options
4. Fail.  Enjoy options dialog with no text.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:  Options dialog with text.
Actual: Options dialog with no text, just radio and checkbox controls.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current toolbox on Chrome 11.0.696.71, Mac OSX 10.6.7

Please provide any additional information below.
