fix: Thermoblade can boil water

For some reason the list of tools required to boil something is different from the list of tools required to cook something, but they both use an open flame, so the thermoblade fits there too.

Purpose of change

When I added the thermoblade a few weeks ago, I added it to the cooking requirements, but I didn't realize that boiling requirements were a thing too and didn't add it to that.

Describe the solution

If fire can be used to boil something, so can a thermoblade. Now the thermoblade is added to the "water_boiling_heat" requirement list.
