feat(content): more wind and wind variation, less clouds and humidity

Back on PC, that is soooo much better to do!

Clouds were a bit on the strong side, I checked the weather data of New england here:
https://www.timeanddate.com/weather/@7288047/climate

it shows a humidity of 70%. Also wind speeds of 17 km/h. I changed the files accordingly. The speed for wind now is 10 mph instad of 3,5, so more breeze should come up. Also I raised the variation of wind, but since I can't get off any "real values" I need to tweak it in the future, probably. For now it seems alright.

this is by just lowering the humidity. Weather is depending on season a lot.

I am not sure if that is just a coincidence. But I will look further.

it is the other way around as it should be. So I probably need to trick the game a bit to make the summers more sunny and the winter more cloudy, although the humidity values speak another language
