Purpose of change

Addition of another niche weapon. .40 SMG. This time the KRISS Vector. Yes, it is the TDI Vector with new name and other round, but this way we can have the TDI Vector and the KRISS Vector.

1. Add new gun KRISS Vector
2. Add new magazine KRISS Vector magazine
3. Add both in itemlists
4. Add both in spawnlists
5. Add both in merge lists
6. Add magazine in deconstruct recipe.
