APIが叩かれたときにユーザーに対して認証リクエストを送る必要がある
PUSH通知が一番良さそうだけど、今回のケースだとメール送信のほうが良い？
とはいえ、メール送信しまくるということが可能になりそう
- メール送信間隔を制限するとかが必要
