Change the Corner radius for the GTK #2
Comments
Hello, can you provide a picture to illustrate the problem? |
Thanks for your information and suggestions. I will try to replicate and fix them as soon as possible. |
Hey @Deottive! rounded corners are the beauty of the GTK port, that's why I don't think it's worth changing the GTK theme to squared/not so rounded corners just so that it will look good with the extension you mentioned. There are many GTK themes out there with an even higher corner radius so I think the best approach to something like this would be to open an issue on Pop-shell's repo. Nonetheless, here is freshly baked dark Catppuccin GTK theme with the default blue accent and a 5px window corner radius: Catppuccin-dark-compact.zip.zip You can change the window radius yourself if you want to too. Clone the repo, edit this line, save the file, and run the following command at the project's root: make build && echo -e "\n\n"; ./scripts/install.sh --theme --size compact
I'm afraid that's not possible. You see the reason that you get rounded corners on Gnome apps is because they were all built using the GTK toolkit. Given this, apps that don't use GTK (e.g. QT apps) won't have rounded corners. |

I tried the GTK theme on Ubuntu 20.04 which I think has GTK 3 and I am using Pop shell with it which has border or hinting for which windows is in the focus and it has some smaller curve radius which makes it worse so could you port the gtk theme with corner radius of around 5 6 px.
