Extension is scary to users, Telegram bot is proven approach!

Describe the solution you'd like
Build a telegram bot to access syncvote function quickly + get notified on actions
Functions are:

What are votes? and options?
User connect wallet before hand (to decide deeplink format)
Choose options and signed through wallet deeplink
Check dialect operator and how they do it
