- needs to become optional currently requires a raspberry Pi with led strip connected to hardware SPI pins.
- time sync imperfect (not blocker, can improve later)
- LED colors much brighter than terminal colors.
- use lower "brightness" value for wider dynamic range?
- sometimes flickers visibly, reason unknown

- can animations of consequent commands be sending data in parallel?
