Changes:
- Added QuerySets.
- Nested Resources are explicitly accessed via the 'nested' member.
- Thread-safety added
- Resources are always cached now, for simplicity.
- filter() and all() return emtpy lists instead of raising exceptions.
- tested against pypy.
- Resources can be pickled.
- Lots of bug fixes.
