Remove outdated benchmark alert scripts (elastic#539)

An eternity ago we made an attempt to automatically detect changes in nightly benchmarks with Watcher. These scripts have never been used in real life, are unmaintained for years and long-term we expect Watcher to be removed. If at all, we should use ML instead for such a feature.
