Ursprungsversion war, es wird zu Beginn des Vereinsjahres geschuldet. Was danach passiert, ist egal. Wenn also jemand austritt zahlt er trotzdem voll. Er kann sich auch nicht durch 'Nicht-Zahlung' davonstehlen. Wenn allerdings ein Mitglied 'auf Jahre' zu früh gezahlt hat, kann es bei einem Austritt diese 'Zuviel-Leistung' erstattet erhalten. Die vorgeschlagene Änderung würde bewirken, dass bei einer Trennung 'im Streit' das Geld - mit dem der Vorstand zu Beginn des Jahres rechnete - nicht mehr geschuldet ist. Macht insgesamt also mehr Probleme, als es löst. -1 |
