When ccin2p3#13 was merged, the CI was not in place and I tested the change on my production site which does not use these two classes.
While here, only use the major version of the supported OS in the version string, this will help when turning acceptance tests on.
Puppet 8 will drop Hiera 3 compatibility. Hiera 5 is built-in to Puppet 5 and newer.
We need to have Riemann available for testing, so install it out-of-bound.
