Using the arrow keys, it would crash after previewing an mp4 then going to the next item in the folder.

Hi

would you please follow the instruction here: http://1218.io/seer/user-ini.html
Set the log under media to Ture.
Then preview a mp4 to crash again, and send me the Seer_mdk.log file?

  1. open Explorer,
  2. paste %TEMP%/Seer, enter
  3. there should be two log files if you enabled log under media

Hi,
you can try to set the decoders to "MFT:d3d=11", D3D11, DXVA, CUDA, FFmpeg, dav1d
then see if it crashes again.

Hi
can you try to set the decoders to FFmpeg

It would be rendering video without GPU. I believe it's related to your graphic card or graphic driver.
Have you tried to update the graphic driver? Alao what graphic card are you using, NVIDIA or Amd?

Set to just FFmpeg and it works now. Thanks
