Apache, PHP 5 and PDO extension for Docker

This Dockerfile is based on the @mdillon/apache-php image. In the base image are included the following:

apache-php: A simple Apache install, including SSL support and PHP 5.6 support

Aditionaly, this image include:

PDO
PGSQL
