Windows install drivers automatically when you're using the Digispark as a keyboard emulator. The board drivers are only required if you intend to reprogram the digispark.
To use Digispark as BAD USB or rubber ducky , I first need to install its drivers on victim computer and then use Digispark which is kind of difficult
