Remove all site scpefic links and calls from the web site,

I changed the relative ajax paths to the url paths starting at the root.
So instead of:
url: 'http://neo.cise.ufl.edu/grisham/paper/web/query.php',

we have
url: '/grisham/paper/web/query.php',

This not completely relative path but it is what works for this framework. So all development pages will need to download the whole repository.

I fixed this so it actually works. if you clone the repository you can make a sim link to this repository to get it on the web.

Grishman expects to be the first folder in the url path.
