Create a setup script for gnu linux for end user

create a setup script to:

1. setup wildfly
2. setup hurraa config

can be done with bash script or python or chef (?) or etc..

Ok i created this issue but customize is better than apply effort on script.

1. download
2. unpack
3. use
   ( better and easy approach)

@clairtonluz, @efraimgentil comment is true. We will not need this anymore because Hurraa will be downloaded with inside WildFly. I'm going to close this issue. We can open another one to create a script to start and stop Hurraa/WildFly from the root path "/".

I see the bash script created by @clairtonluz , is almost done so is not a problem to reopen this, because the issue #40 is not done yet and one of goals of this project is deal with CEJUG members contributions.

So going to reopen this issue

@EProgramming The contribution is good, but we need to see also what the project need. You has said that Hurraa need to be simple to install because of the end user that will be not a IT professional. I believe that @clairtonluz can work on issue #40. Has a lot of work to do there. I'm not going to close this issue anymore. You can commit on it. But I believe that issue #40 has more sense to the project.

Yeah @paulojribp is right, this effort will going to be wasted, in the end, issue #40 will be used, i also implemented this issue, is a good exercise to learn, but in the end #40 see more reasonable.

Very good @clairtonluz. I believe you can now make a script to be on the root of the project to start/stop/restart and put hurraa as service on linux systems. Good challenge don't think? :) I'm going to open an issue for this. Congratulations again.
