They were in my light node connected to my ethermint 
I also enabled the tx indexing in my celestia-app, but it seems that they can't parse txs with type celestia.blob.v1.MsgPayForBlobs

This line was talked about celestia-app, not celestia-node. Because I enabled the tx indexing in my celestia-app, but I got an error on my API showing all transactions of my address that sent txs for ethermint: https://api.celestia.chainno.de/cosmos/tx/v1beta1/txs?events=message.sender=%27celestia1n090sedfkywexa65jde205nrwakqnpps5g68l2%27&pagination.reverse=true

Most of the cases of Internal, were actually caused data not being available on server side. After #2074 those cases are now handled separately.
