Blocker for updating libp2p/ipfs libs

We cannot update the dependencies from IPFS/libp2p ecosystem which started to rely on go-datastore@v0.5.0 or higher, as it forces us to use the same version for datastore, which is incompatible with the old IPLDv0 stack. Thus, updating for any such dependency automatically forces us to use IPLDv1.

Can we at least include which versions we are talking about?

@liamsi, I removed the old confusing description with a new shorter, while, I believe, a more descriptive one and added a version number for the conflicting dependency.
