WOLTK Server Crashes after 1 - 2 mins.

After initial install, server ran fine for a few hrs. used the start.bat menu to shut down (as running single player on a laptop) now, everytime I try to start the server, evrything loads up fine then after roughly 1 - 2 minutes, mangosd.exe crashes.

The crash happens whether I login or not.
Every crash report is the exact same (Exception code: ACCESS_VIOLATION (see attached file))
I've tried repairing using the server_fix.bat file.
I've also tried updating neither worked.
