There are a number of files that are being tracked by the vcs (MaximaCode, workspace, mesh_geoms) that may not have a place in the current release.

We should consider removing these, or at least move them to a scratch folder.

A tag, initial-import was created before deleting the relevant files. The source was tagged as 0.0 after this.
