It'd be nice if out and .repl were under target so that they'd be cleaned by build tools.

(Originally discussed in gh-9.)

Change default directories to be under target
31923b4 
The default output directory is now target/austin/repl and the static
dir is target/austin/out.

This allows the directories to be cleaned by the default lein clean
task.
