Hello,
Issue with reporting graph (data and percentage) when user default language set to "fr_FR.UTF-8".
Reporting graph is good with "en_US".

Set user Default language to "fr_FR.UTF-8 and you obtain a wrong reporting graph :
wrong_reporting_graph_with_fr_fr utf-8
