📌 Problem Overview

When we Ask from patients,Doctors,Staff,non staff members of the hospital, They always says that the Hospital need a Patient management system for a hospital,When we attend to a hospital we also get the need of a Patient management system because the current system has many problems regarding patient management.After a quick research of a hospital management, we came up to some problems of the Patient management system.

Main Problems Found After Research

1. Hard to keep track of patients and staff records, misplacements

2. Wastage of time and physical resources

   • Difficult to manage appointments of patients
   • Current admission process is way longer not efficient
   • Duplicate of data

3. Poor communication

4. Inefficient billing

5. Weakness in privacy and security

After discussing with our team members we come up with a plan to design a Android app for all the members in hospital as a solution for the above all problems.

2. Clone the project repository.
