my version is 10.0.5.170 , but i can't find the button which can import schemes

Thank you for message!
Unfortunately, the Import\Export feature was introdused later in version 11.0
https://www.allroundautomations.com/products/pl-sql-developer/features/new-features-pl-sql-11-0/
I need some time to investigate how it (setup) can be done in your case as well as describe the entire process step-by-step.
It is not strightforward and requires to work with settings file manually, but still possible.

I'm sorry,I have updated my version to 14.previous version is really too old.
