Do you mean that you would like an Ingress that would have some of its TLS blocks handled by cert-manager, and some other fields not handled by cert-manager? |

Yes. Some domains belong to us and get updated by acme. Other domains belong to our partners and the certificates have been taken manually from their preferred providers with no acme support. The services can be accessed both from the partners' domains and from our domains. |

I tried having an additional ingress just for auto TLS, which only has TLS entries. Kubernetes complained about the new ingress having no rules. |

How can I keep existing (manually taken from another provider) TLS certificates for some domains in my ingress? I don't want them to be automatically updated.
Maybe have a separate ingress file for cert-manager only with the TLS section, and remove the cert manager from the original ingress file?
We are using Azure Application Gateway Ingress Controller.
