Describe the bug:

Steps To produce :

 helm repo add jetstack https://charts.jetstack.io

Error: looks like "https://charts.jetstack.io" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: Get "https://charts.jetstack.io/index.yaml": dial tcp 172.66.44.147:443: connectex: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

Also, https://charts.jetstack.io is not accessible

I think this is either to do with your setup or perhaps was a temporary glitch as I cannot reproduce it and no-one else has raised the issue. Do let us know if you are still experiencing it.
