Trim spaces in the CGI hashbang line

Context from the customer:

It turns out that my hash-bang line was causing the problem, and a space after #! like this
#! C:\Strawberry\perl\bin\perl.exe
upsets Mongoose.
It's pretty standard that spaces are allowed here, and it would be nice if Mongoose went along with the rest of the world
