This is only update of Mammoth and a few changes of starter.php required by its last update.

Updated Mammoth version and implemented new template loading style

Mammoth has been updated, so it's time to release next version of this skeleton project.

In the last version of Mammoth there's a little change in templates loading. Before update, layout has been primary but after it content view is on the first place. This takes some changes in implementation but unlocks new features (see Mammoth release).
