Include study.study_uris to element dc:identifier in oai-dc serialization.

Fixes cessda/cessda.cdc.versions#525

Include study.study_uris to oai-dc dc:identifier

Include study.study_uris to OAI-DC serialization dc:identifier
element. Make sure study.study_uris and study.document_uris render
distinct values to dc:identifier.

Add Study.study_uris to the fields that are queries when fetching
OAI-DC records from Document Store by including Study.study_uris to
metadataformats.AggDCMetadataformat._record_fields.

Add test to ensure correct fields are queried when fetching OAI-DC
serializable record from Document Store. Add test to ensure distinct
uris are rendered to OAI-DC dc:identifier.

Write unreleased changelog entry for 0.5.0.

Bump version to 0.5.0.

Fixes #40 at Github.
