Thanks very much for making this available.
I have made some updates to your code:
using Maven instead of Ant to reduce the number of included Jars
added a JCommander command line interface with usage information
switched it from using JWNL to extJWNL http://extjwnl.sourceforge.net/ as that is a forked version of Java WordNet that is being maintained.
