Can't click proper tab in wizard navigation to get back to current step

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On the Select File & Validate page, choose any file known not to contain any Syntactical or Validity edit errors and click the Start Validation button.
2. Once the summary report displays, Click the Continue button
3. Click on tab marked (2) Syntactical & validity edit reports in the wizard navigation

Error:
You can not click on tab marked (3) Quality & macro edit reports in the wizard navigation. You are forced to use the Continue button.

Expected Result:
You should be able to click the tab marked (3) Quality & macro edit reports in the wizard navigation to get back to the current step.

Tested with:
Chrome Version 41.0.2272.104 (64-bit)
Mac - OSX 10.9.5
Any .DAT with no Syntactical or Validity edit errors.
