Steps to reproduce:
Run a file which fails the V262 check.
Example file: lar_val_errors_0001000052.dat
Error:
In the summary table for V262, Application Received Date is not displayed correctly when the value received is 'NA'. It is displayed as 'NaN/NaN/0NaN'.
Tested in:
Chrome mac v37
