Removed the relevant style checks from the .jshintrc files. Added a grunt task for running jscs checks against the the app and test JS files.

JSHint 3.0 will be dropping support for style based checks and instead will defer any code style validation to jscs. This pr gets a jump on that deprecation and applies style rules more consistently across the app and test code; something that wasn't being done well with jshint.
